Atlas-Ray and Sons Company Limited (hereinafter abbreviated as ARC) is a limited company established in Nigeria in November 2012 with the RC 1080905. ARC is 100% indigenous company managed by Nigerians and Europeans.
ARC business philosophy is to provide services in Nigeria in close cooperation with her overseas partner companies. Apart from ensuring the highest quality of services it is to enhance know-how transfer by on-job training of Nigerian personnel.
The company’s core business is technical inspection, NDT testing and QA/QC. ARC owns the equipment and know-how to provide these services solely on her own. ARC executes works in Nigeria in conjunction with reputable technical overseas partners specialized in their disciplines as indicated hereby at “Technical Partners”. ARC has also signed several JV agreements with established indigenous companies highly specialized in certain categories of work
The shareholders are well seasoned technicians and managers who formerly worked for oil service companies, providers of such services as technical inspection, training courses, consultancy, quality assurance, international labor provision and related areas.
The company head office is located in Port Harcourt in the vicinity of Port Harcourt Oil and Gas Free Zone where ARC owns a yard and office buildings. The facility consists of:
- New office building of two floors containing a number of offices, two conference rooms and training facilities with catering back-up
- Workshops with separate set of containerized separate offices and a storage facility
- A standard radioactive isotope storage pit
- Industrial darkrooms
- Spacious parking space
- A security / reception and a generator house
