Atlas-Ray and Sons Company Limited (hereinafter abbreviated as ARC) is a limited company established in Nigeria in November 2012 under RC 1080905. ARC is 100% indigenous company managed by Nigerians and Europeans.
ARC business philosophy is to provide services in Nigeria in close cooperation with her overseas partner companies. Apart from ensuring the highest quality of services it is to enhance know-how transfer by on-job training of Nigerian personnel.
The ARC head office is located in Port Harcourt in the vicinity of Oil and Gas Free Zone. ARC owns there a yard. The yard is secured with a barbed wire fence and contains the following:
- A newly erected office building with a number of offices, two conference rooms / training classes with catering back-up
- A generator and security/reception building
- A roofed workshop facility with the two floors separate containerized set of offices/stores
- Radiation isotope storage pit
- Containerized darkrooms
- Comfortable paved parking space
